MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – An important health screening will take place this Saturday that could potentially save your child’s life. It’s a heart screening. The event is free and it’s being put on by Heart for Athletes in connection with National Youth Heart Screening Day.
Amy Cockrell, the organization’s executive director, and John Cobb, the group’s AED trainer, sit down with Lenise Ligon to talk about the importance of such screenings for young athletes and of learning CPR.
