National Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Month — October 2026

When we wear and display crimson, we’re not just showing support — we’re taking a stand to protect kids from a preventable tragedy.

OUR GOAL:
Protect young hearts by increasing awareness, prevention, and readiness to respond to sudden cardiac arrest in kids.

ABOUT CRIMSON FOR KIDS

Crimson for Kids is a national awareness campaign bringing families, schools, youth sports, and communities together to protect young hearts. The campaign uses a single unifying color, crimson, to raise awareness of sudden cardiac arrest in kids and drive action toward prevention, preparedness, and rapid response.

SAFE KIDS. PREPARED COMMUNITIES.

These pillars are the foundation of the campaign and the lens through which every activity, message, and resource is built.
