Private Aiden Craig, a Marine Corps recruit from Wylie, Texas, died after collapsing during a physical fitness test. A podcast on his former high school football team reported he experienced a sudden cardiac arrest. Craig, part of Alpha Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, had enlisted on June 1 and collapsed 47 days into his training. Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego is investigating his death.
