Membership Categories
Parent or Family Member Individuals who have lost a child to SCA including parents, siblings, grandparents or other close family members.
Survivor or Family Member Individuals who are survivors of SCA, those living with a heart issue or have a child/children living with a heart issue or close family members.
Partner Member Individuals or other nonprofit organizations working within the scope of the PHW mission to protect youth from SCA.
Lifetime One-time donation open to all above categories

Renewal is on your membership anniversary date. First year membership dues will be waived for new members who have lost a child, have a child that suffered SCA or is living with a heart condition. Membership is conditioned on compliance with all PHW rules and regulations. Financial hardship will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
