Run in memory of Joe, or build a team to honor a loved one of your own. All team names will be printed on the race t-shirt. Proceeds from the event support Parent Heart Watch at the national and local level, as well as support those who are passionate about civil service. The 10th Annual “Living the Dream” Joe Plant Memorial 5K is a tribute to Joe’s commitment to strength and endurance, his love of life and service to others. Joe achieved his dream of becoming a St. Paul Police Officer shortly before passing away suddenly in January 2008 from an undiagnosed heart condition.
